I recently purchased a "new to me" Silverado 2500HD a few months ago and just scheduled my first service appointment with them.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Dan Bevins. He was very informational and honest when it came to the buying process. He
even made sure that I understood that he didn't want to get me into a vehicle that wouldn't fit my budget. After we sealed the deal
with a hand shake, I moved on to their financing department and worked with Susie. She was incredible when it came to finding offers
from lenders. I am very confident in knowing that I got the absolute best financing rate around. 3 months later and my truck is still as
reliable as the day it left the factory, special thanks to Sam Welch and the service department. You guys are the best. I will be sure
to come back when its time to trade vehicles again. Thank you so much for all of your help!
I was pleased with every aspect of my purchase. Dan & Susie were very friendly & made my experience great (& I hate buying cars).
Dan was very helpful in assisting me to decide what car would make me happy. He was very accommodating & encouraged me to drive
every car in the lot even though they had some construction going on & the cars were a little difficult to get out. He then helped me to
weigh the pros & cons of each one. He really listened to what I wanted & I never felt like I was being pushed toward what he wanted
to sell. Susie in finance was also very helpful. I felt very confident that she was willing to go the extra mile to find me the best deal on
my financing. I live 20 miles away & they even made sure to let me know that they would come & get my car, leave a loaner & then bring
it back any time I needed maintenance. Heck, they even offered to pick it up where I work, an additional 20 miles away. It truly felt like that
small town personal service that you just don't see much of anymore. Thanks! Love my car!
I contacted Thys about a van I found on cars.com and received a reply from Ryan Bevins very quickly and he was quick to answer my questions
and genuinely seemed to want to win my business. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted and had a pleasant experience dealing with
Mile O'Brien. He was knowledgeable about the Promaster van. My paper work was completed quickly and efficiently by Susie. I had looked at
vans at several other dealerships many of which were unpleasant experiences being female was treated as if I knew nothing, that was not the
case at Thys Automotive

Tonight I am thanking GOD for Thys Auto in Toledo! A "quick" trip to the store turned into the longest, coldest and most boring hour of my life.
I had locked my keys in my truck and after 2 failed signal attempts from OnStar and being placed on hold bouncing back and forth between operators,
I decided to walk over to Thys. I figured since the service department was closed, I would just ask if they knew of anyone local that could do a lock out
service call. After a brief conversation with Joshua Schumacher ( the newest rock star in my book ) he offered to run over and unlock it for me! Within
10 minutes I was warm and on my way home! I am so grateful for his kindness!

"Hi, my name is Dean G...... and I recently purchased a Chevy Tahoe from Thys Auto in Toledo. My search started a few months back when my older Tahoe was reaching the 200,000 mile mark.
I did a lot of internet searching as well as our local dealers. Truthfully, I was not having a lot of luck finding what I wanted. I had been in touch with Ryan Bevins, internet sales for Thys, he had
been very helpful and had one very close to what I was looking for. It was New Years Eve day and I received an email while I was at another dealership saying that the Toledo store had just
traded for one that he thought I would be interested in. The email went on to say that as soon as he could, he would post some pictures. When I left the dealership, I called him to get some
more info. He still didn't know a whole lot about it but would call the store and see what he could find out. Mind you, this is now about 4:00 in the afternoon. He called me back and said the store
had closed for the holiday but he would keep trying. As I was heading East on interstate 80 he called me back, I could be expecting a call from the General Manager, Joshua Schumacher.
and just then, I did. Josh had indeed left for the day but was way more then eager to turn around and come back to the store to meet me. I have to say that I was very excited since I was in
the area I was going to be able to see it. He opened up the shop, turned on the lights and we started talking. Folks, it's now about 5:30. I felt bad. This nice young man came back after the
store was closed, let me in to see the Tahoe, took mine for a drive and started to put together some numbers for me. Out of ALL the places I had been, All the people I had talked to, I could
not believe what he was offering me for mine and what he was able to do to make a deal. It's New Years Eve. He could have told me NO. I left that night and went on my way. I called Josh
a few more times on my way down the road with some more questions that kept coming to my mind. He said he didn't mind and calling him was fine. We spoke again on Thursday and
sealed the deal in a good way on Monday. I know that this is a rather long and boring story but I hope you get the part that it was a holiday, he didn't have to come back, he didn't have
to give me his personal cell number. When I went to the dealership to pick it up I was met by some of the nicest people. Super friendly doesn't cover it. The staff was great at getting
the paperwork and everything else done. Needless to say, I will be doing business there again. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used auto to give them a try. I went
away a very happy customer, pleased with the great deal I got and the new friend I made along the way."

2012 chevy cruz for a routine service. The employees at Thys Chevrolet-Blairstown are the best. They are ALWAYS smiling, courteous, friendly and always ready to help in any way they can.

I dropped off my '97 Lunina to have the front end aligned after replacing the tie rod ends. They completed the work and delivered the car back to my house. It is very convenient for me,
as I live here in town, for scheduling maintenance. They are very friendly to work with.
